We sell printed and plain T-shirts online with delivery across India.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
2. Products & Orders
All our T-shirts are printed on demand; slight variations in color, design, or print quality may occur.
Product descriptions and images are for reference only. Actual product may slightly differ due to screen/display differences.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST (if applicable).
We accept online payments through UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
Rich Daddy reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We provide all-India delivery through trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on location.
Delivery delays due to courier, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Since our products are custom-printed, we accept returns/exchanges only if the product is defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.
Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery with proof (images/video).
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
Size exchanges are not allowed unless the wrong size was sent by us.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once printing/dispatch has started, cancellation is not possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and branding on this website belong to Rich Daddy.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying of our designs is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rich Daddy is not responsible for:
Wrong address provided by the customer.
Delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
Minor color/print variations.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Customer information will be used only for order processing and delivery.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except logistics/payment partners.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
